Etc.

In short, easy things that everybody knows about.

And here’s the news flash.

This website is now being sold for $138,000 USD.

The website makes roughly $4300/month from ads and an Amazon affiliate program.

And they are selling for $138k, which is a 32X multiple.

Crazy, but true.

All you need is one blog, a simple blog, and it can create a life-changing amount of wealth.
